The interview is part of the social campaign „Be a Changemaker” that aims to inspire young people to take the first or next step on the path of social entrepreneurship.
Who are we introducing today?
Larisa is a co-founder and social entrepreneur of SanThe Fitoceainarie, a tea house, as well as the NGO Down Plus Association Bucharest, the first project in Romania that provides opportunities for young people with Down Syndrome to integrate into the job market and utilize their professional skills. Through the impact it has made on the community, high levels of awareness, and the desire to further develop, the NGO and the tea house have expanded and also established the Romanian Down Syndrome Federation and the Health & Sports Club, aiming to unite forces with other social enterprises and NGOs to foster the development of the surrounding community.
